We make every effort to give our tenants the highest level of service. For instance, all of our tenants are surveyed regularly by an independent third party company to ascertain that we:

• are achieving our goals to provide exceptional customer service when our tenant moves in to the park
• continue to maintain our service levels throughout our tenants lease term

Also, with our on-site personnel or the best 3^rd party management team in the local market, we continue to monitor our performance with our tenants year-round to assure that all our tenants’ service expectations are met.
