instance, all of our tenants are surveyed regularly by an independent third
party company to ascertain that we:

moves in to the park

continue to maintain our service levels throughout our tenants lease term
Also, with our on-site personnel or the best 3rd party management team in the local market, we continue to monitor our performance with our
tenants year-round to assure that all our tenants’ service expectations are
met.
