GID Investment Advisers LLC Acquires Comanche Business Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Boston - (June 01, 2007) -
GID Investment Advisers LLC (“GID”) announced today that it has acquired Comanche Business Center on behalf of an affiliate, Windsor Realty Fund-VII LLC (“WRF-VII”). The property is an eight building, 131,764 sf flex/industrial project located in the North I-25 submarket of Albuquerque, NM.
Comanche Business Center was developed in phases beginning in 2000, is situated on 8.4 acres and was 95% occupied at the time of sale. The property is located along Comanche Road and enjoys easy access to Interstates 25 and 40. The project has excellent access to retail and commercial amenities, as well as executive housing. The project’s lead tenants include EG&G, a division of URS Corporation and a leading provider of management and technical services to the U.S. government, and Cricket Communications, a division of Leap Wireless.

Real Estate Advisors of Albuquerque brokered the transaction with assistance from Art Paterson a local broker, and Asset Management Solutions of Albuquerque has been hired as the management agent. David Genrich of Real Estate Advisors will continue to direct leasing at the property.
WRF-VII is an equity co-investment joint venture between GID and three large U.S. pension plans. The relationship covers the entire United States. GID has full discretion over all acquisition and disposition decisions.
