Magellan Laboratories to be Acquired by Cardinal Health

Boston - (March 18, 2002) - Windsor Business Parks prides itself on its ability to expand in order to meet the growing needs of its tenants. Magellan Laboratories started at Southport Business Park in 1991 with a single location in 4,000 square feet. Today Magellan occupies over 186,000 square feet in five buildings at Southport. Two of the Magellan buildings were build-to-suit.

On March 18, 2002 Cardinal Health, Inc, a $5.4 billion company with gross revenues of over $38.0 billion annually and a leading provider of products and services supporting the health care industry, publicly announced an agreement to acquire Magellan Laboratories. Southport looks forward to working Magellan/Cardinal Health’s and meeting their future expansion requirements.
