Windsor Business Park Building II – Over 90% Occupied

Boston - (June 01, 2002) - As of June 1, 2002 Building II at Windsor Business Park is over 90% occupied. Federal Express, Patterson Dental Supply, Brown & Brown Insurance, Corporate Express and Halifax Corporation now occupy 52,858 square feet. Bon Secours has also increased its presence in the park by expanding into an additional 11,200 square feet in Building I in order to accommodate their expanding Nursing School Program.

The lease-up of Building II and the expansion in Building I raise the total leased space in the park to 177,606 square feet or 97% leased. Plans for construction of the fourth building in the park are currently under review with an anticipated start date of September 1, 2002.
